Rocks-Off Ignition Review
By Carnal Queen.
I was super chuffed when Rocks-Off got in touch to ask me if I’d review some products for them, and even more chuffed when the parcel landed on my doorstep and I discover the Ignition, a USB rechargeable bullet vibrator, nestled inside!
I’ve long since had a love/hate relationship with bullet vibrators. I’ve always enjoyed using them, but I used to hate having to find silly batteries to fit them. Cell batteries (yuck), N batteries (fiddly and harder to source), even AAA batteries, it all used to wind me up. I know it’s a little thing, but you could guarantee they would always die on me at the wrong moment, and I’d never be organised enough to have spares in stock. You can imagine my delight when USB bullets started to become a thing, and I’m really pleased to see Rocks-Off following suit. Yay!
Rocks-Off are a pretty cool brand. I love their illustrations and designs, and the fact that their products look modern and edgy. Do you want pink and cutesy? They’ve got it but that’s not all they have, so it’s not forced down your neck, like with some other companies. I personally really like their style. I reviewed the Rocks-Off Rock Chick last year, and I was pretty disappointed overall, so I was eager to see if these new and improved bullet vibrators could make my demanding little clit happy. My clit is a finicky little thing with attitude, I’ve no idea where it gets that trait from …
I’m really happy to report that the Ignition is miles better than the RO-80mm bullet that came with the Rock Chick! When I reviewed that, I found it to be buzzy and average, but I’m pleasantly surprised by what the Ignition has to offer. It’s a single button toy, that’s made from body-safe ABS plastic. It has 3 constant speeds and 7 patterns, making 10 modes in total. It’s waterproof and being rechargeable means you’ll never have to scrabble around in the back of your drawers for a battery ever again. The included charging cable has a long pin which just pushes through the self-sealing silicone port on the side. Easy! There’s no plug included though, so you’ll need to use your computer or another USB mains plug. You get around 60 minutes of play from a full charge, and I find it easiest to just top it up after I’ve finished with it, so I’ve always got full power.
The pointed tip is perfect for pinpoint stimulation. My clit blows hot and cold, some days I like broad stimulation, other days pinpoint is what I need. I usually always go straight for top speed with vibrators, but the Ignition is an exception to this rule. The first speed is the rumbliest of them all, and I really enjoy using it for a slower build. Speed two is great for finishing the job, and it does it nicely. The highest of the constant speeds is a little too buzzy for my liking, so I ignore that completely! I’m even quite fond of some of the patterns, which is unusual for me – Rocks-Off, what are you doing to me?
I think the Ignition is a really good option for people looking to make the transition from battery powered to rechargeable, especially if they don’t want to break the bank. Rocks-Off is predominantly a really affordable brand, and I think that’s one of the main reasons for their market success. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not a luxury product brand, but they’re good quality, functional and stylish … everything you really need in a bullet vibrator.
One niggle I do have, is the weight of it. At only 20gm, it’s really light! This might be good if your hands tire easily holding heavier things, but I can’t help think that the vibrations would really benefit from a bit of extra weight behind them, I think it would offer more rumble and less buzz. It would also make the bullet feel more substantial, and as a result, give it less of a budget feel.
All in all, I’m pretty impressed with the Rocks-Off Ignition! They’ve certainly upped their game from the RO-80mm, and I’m sure it will appeal to a really wide range of people. I’d really like to see it in one of their trademark tattoo designs though!

Just perfect ! Long lasting, hard vibration (especially for that small size). Easy and fast charging. My gf loves it!
