My Lovey Pink Dildo Review
By Carnal Queen.
There’s no denying, silicone sex toys can be expensive. It’s a material which is used by almost every sex toy manufacturer, it’s body-safe, non-porous
, and its benefits often mean that the consumer ends up paying a premium for it. When I saw the 7.5 inch ‘My Lovey Pink Pleasures Dildo’ on Bondara’s website, my initial thought was that there had either been a pricing error or a mistake had been made in the product description – it was just £9.99! I had to order it, because I was intrigued to see what I could get for under £10, and if I’m honest, I was expecting the answer to be ‘not a lot’ …
I’ll put my hands up now and say that Bondara have absolutely proved me wrong. It arrived in a simple box, with a plastic insert inside housing the dildo, it’s basic but then who cares? In this instance, you’re definitely paying for the toy, not the packaging. The first thing I did when I relieved the dildo from its plastic restraints was sniff it – silicone toys shouldn’t smell of anything, I was expecting this dildo to have a scent of something, it didn’t. It also didn’t melt when I applied a flame to the edge of the suction cup (for more info on how silicone and other sex toy materials behave under heat, see this post from Dangerous Lilly). It looks like silicone, feels like silicone, behaves like silicone, and I genuinely believe that it is silicone, and for £9.99 … that’s incredible!
I’ve been blown away by the value, quality and attention to detail on this piece. It’s soft to the touch, yet because it’s solid silicone it’s firm in use, with just a little bit of ‘squish’. The realistic veining looks and feels fabulous, and the suction cup is incredibly strong. In fact, it’s so strong, I can even stick it to my forehead with ease (don’t ask why I even tried this!). Using it stuck to the bathroom tiles, doors, and the laminate flooring is super easy and a lot of fun! I had no problems with it moving during play.
If you’re looking to try a suction cup dildo for the first time, I really can’t recommend this one highly enough. The 7.5 inch dildo gives you just over 5 inches of insertable length, and the shaft is approximately 4.5 inches in circumference at the widest point. A good squeeze of water based lube (it must be water based when using silicone toys) and you’re ready to go – you may find that you need to be quite generous with the lube, because the silicone combined with the texture on the dildo means it can drag a little if not lubed up enough. Great for beginners and more seasoned dildo users alike, why not use it in the shower as a warm up before anal play? I’d recommend you store a dildo like this in a sex toy storage bag, as fluff and dust will appear from nowhere and stick to the silicone. I’m so pleased and overwhelmed by this toy, I’m off now to have another bounce!
The ‘My Lovey Pink Pleasures Dildo’ can be bought from Bondara for £9.99, snap yours up now before they’re all gone! Affiliate links have been used in this post.
