ElectraStim Jack Socket Review
By Carnal King.
So, we’ve all heard the term “Jacking off” right? I guess this is done the more traditional way, with your hand or using something to assist, such as a Guybrator or a stroker/Fleshlight. However, the latest addition to the ElectraStim repertoire kinda flips that saying on its head a bit, and you now need to “Jack off” by getting your “Jack on”. In a nutshell, they have created the Jack Socket, a gender neutral (it’s not a butt or a pussy, it’s just textured bumps) stroker that utilises e-stim technology. Clever huh?
I am a big fan of the other ElectraStim products that we own. The way that the ElectraLoop cock loops feel whilst being worn during penetration really takes things to a whole new level, and the sensations are just awesome – If you have never tried electro stimulation then I would certainly recommend it, if you get the chance.
So that’s my appreciation of e-stim talked about a little, now on to the main attraction of this review, drum roll please, introducing the worlds first e-stim stroker, the ElectraStim Jack Socket…
The whole ElectraStim brand is always nicely packaged, with a clean and simple looking black white and silver box, with a full-size image somewhere on the outside, so you know exactly what to expect. Inside the box your Jack Socket is securely held in place by a foam insert, and you also get a 60g tube of conductive gel, a sachet of ID water-based lubricant and an instruction manual. Sadly you will need your own power unit such as the EM60-E Flick to get started, but everything else you need is included in the box.
Now getting to the important part, how do you use it? Firstly you will need to remove the top and bottom silicone caps, these are purely for storage purposes, and to be honest, you only really need to look at them, and they seem to fall off. Once this is done insert the red and black 2mm pins from your power unit, into the holes at the top of the Jack Socket, secure the cable around the 2 little lugs on the sides of the Jack Socket, and slide the cable toggle up to secure them in place. It’s a neat way of dealing with the wires. Plug your wire into your power unit. Now you will need to add some conductive gel into the 2 port holes either side of the Jack Sockets black silicone sleeve, don’t be shy with the amount you use as you will need to ensure you use enough to push through the 4 holes on the inner TPE stroker. Once this is done, close the port holes and generously lube yourself up with some water-based lube (you can also put some directly inside the sleeve also). DO NOT TURN ON THE POWER UNIT FOR THE JACK SOCKET UNTIL YOU HAVE PUT YOUR COCK INSIDE IT! You’ll zap your manhood if you do that. It feels a bit strange to hold at first, and you need to be careful to not get conductive gel over your fingers, else you may feel the tingle in your mitts!
So you’re all set, and it’s time to get down to business and start using the Jack Socket, Slowly start turning up the intensity of the power unit, it took me until 3 full lights on the Flick unit until I really could feel the smooth pulses on my cock, but everyone has a different stimulation threshold so don’t turn it up too high straight away, because you may find that different parts of your cock will feel the sensation more than others. The head is going to be the most sensitive part. I started slowly using the stroker as you would any other stroker, sliding it up and down my cock. The small bumps on the TPE insert add to the experience, but for me its all about the e-stim. I worked my way up to about half way on the EM60-E power unit (currently my pleasure/pain threshold for this). It didn’t take long for the whole experience to get me close to orgasm, however in the name of enjoyment, I like to play the long game and tease myself and delay the inevitable. So I took the opportunity to use the different modes on the power unit, and low and behold it just got better and better. The pulse modes of the Flick unit for me added so much more to the experience compared to the constant pulse. It wasn’t long before I was ready to cum again and this time I wasn’t holding back. I did have to reapply lube a lot during use, as when it dries out the sensations do change and get sharper, but this is the same with all the other ElectraStim products we own. So you may want to keep this close to hand or ask a partner to help out, if they are enjoying the experience of watching you use the Jack Socket. AGAIN, PLEASE TURN THE UNIT OFF BEFORE TAKING YOUR COCK OUT OF THE JACK SOCKET.
So what do I think of it? – Simple, I have just found my new favourite stroker! The addition of e-stim for me is a complete game changer and adds so much pleasure to the already enjoyable experience. Combine this with the option of handing over the control unit or the Jack Socket to a partner and allowing them to use it on you makes this an all round winner! If you do hand over control make sure you communicate, if things are getting too intense or painful.
Now for the bit that no man really likes, the cleaning! However this is so simple to clean, as all the components come apart and can be cleaned easily with a few sprays of your favourite sex toy cleaner and water and then dried again before being put to work again. You can dust the inner TPE sleeve with cornstarch too, if it needs it. When you’ve wanked your TPE sleeve to death, you can buy replacements from ElectraStim.
I hope that you managed to get from the rest of the review that I really enjoyed using the Jack Socket, it certainly is a game changer when it comes to male sex toys, and I really enjoy the all-encompassing stimulation around my cock. Personally I will certainly be making sure that the Flick has plenty of charge and will be getting my “Jack On” whenever I can.
